Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: Shopping at Snowcity Curtains is safe. We process all sales through a secure Shopify Payments system. We also offer Paypal as an additional payment option. 
 
Q: When will my credit card be charged for my order?
A: Snowcity Curtains charges your card for the full amount when your order is processed.  
 
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: All orders will be processed the next business day. 
 
Q: How do i know when my order has shipped?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your USPS tracking details. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as the emails have the tendency to be re-directed there. 
 
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: As of now, we only ship to US & Canada.
 
Q: How long can I receive the curtains?
A:Normally you will receive it within 10 days. If you choose 2-day shipping, you will receive the curtain within 2 business days.
 
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, , and Paypal for all orders.
 
Q: Can I return or exchange my collection piece?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your collection piece for a refund within 30 days of receiving the package . (Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.) To make a return, please email info@snowcityshop.com
for a return authorization. Make sure to include the reason for your return.
