We LOVE these drapes! They provide the privacy we wanted while making our deck look so classy! The customer service is excellent! We ordered black and had some fading issues and we were sent a replacement set for free! We ended up ordering cream for the replacement to avoid any further issues with fading. We get tons of compliments on them from our neighbors. We will order more again in the future!

Do not purchase curtains from this company. See pictures. This took three months. Their return policy is only one month, why? “Due to the quality problems”. That was their reply to me when I asked for a refund. But they will send me new curtains.

Received these curtains (two panels), on June 14, 2020. Hung them up the following weekend.
They were great, did the job and looked nice, till they changed color due to the sun (see pics).
These are outdoor curtains, but I guess they are not meant to be in the sun!
We paid $89.98 for these Teal Blue curtains which are now more sun bleached than Teal.
I do not recommend these at all for outdoors unless you like the sun bleached look.
Return policy is thirty days, so I guess returning them is out of the question since it took four months for this to happen. Terrible, terrible product. Thanks for nothing.

Curtains were delivered very fast and look extremely nice may sound dumb but using them with four copper curtain rods as a sliding curtain for the firewood bin to give it more eye appeal from the street rather then the flip up tarp. Would purchase them again

We love our curtains. They make our deck into another room when they are closed and helps on the cool mornings so we can be outside. Sometimes we pull all the curtains closed and sometimes just a couple of the curtains. We are 100% satisfied.

I have been looking for just the right outdoor curtains for my deck for 3 summers! I have ordered from three different vendors, based on written descriptions, 3 times I had to send them back!
I found you guys by accident, ordered and guess what!? The curtain panels are PERFECT! We put them up yesterday, just in time for Colorado's first snow. Exactly what I've been looking for! The material is soft, smooth, heavy and dense! Now, we will be able to enjoy our deck into the fall (once the snow melts, of course!).

Rec.'d these curtains and were initially very happy with color, quality and material. They work great, wash wonderfully and look fantastic. However, after only a few months, they have begun to fade from the sun. We live in Pennsylvania, so it's not really like we live in a high-sun area like Florida or Arizona. We ordered the turquoise color. So just be warned that they do show fading from the sun and are not resistant to UV rays.

Absolutely love these outdoor curtains. They feel very nice and look wonderful. Be sure to triple measure, and keep in mind the grommets have 2'' of material above them, so give them the room they need. Also, you don't want them brushing the floor, so give them at least a few inches at the bottom, as well. I used chain link fence top railings as the curtain rods, as plastic coated cable is not strong enough. I did use plastic coated cables on the bottom grommets, and with an opening clasp on the end, so I can use and retract them as need. FINALLY, some privacy from the neighbors! They look lovely. This was my first purchase with this company, and I felt it was kind of a risk, but so glad I bought from them. Thanks, SnowCity!

We love these curtains out by our pool! They offer privacy and look great too. The grommets on top and bottom help to keep them from blowing open. Excellent Value Extra-Wide Curtains
These wide curtain panels are a bargain. They have heavy grommets at top and bottom…we don’t have a bar at the bottom, but the weight of the grommets helps keeps keep the curtains in place. I took one star away because although the fabric is dark brown, the tape fabric for the grommets is white; it’s fine, but matching would be better.
