I have emailed you and in the first response you sent me a tracking number that “doesn’t exist” then the 2nd email response you told me you were running way behind on getting orders out and on 3rd email I’ve never got a response. I would like to have my curtain!!!
Disappointment - I’d like to give a very positive review of the item however I haven’t received it yet! It seems that it might be coming from Europe and has to go through customs, etc. — this is an aspect that you should inform clients of who are placing orders. It does not make sense to take 6+ weeks to get an order! Customers also cannot reach a live representative by phone to make inquiries. I noticed that many of your customers have complained about delivery times. Why haven’t you done something about this? Companies who tend to ignore it’s customers’ genuine complaints will eventually fade out of existence.
Fade sooner than I expected .
I HAVE BEEN VERY SHOCKED AT THE EXCELLENT SERVICE AND QUALITY OF THE OUTDOOR WATERPROOF CURTAINS I ORDERED FROM SNOWCITY. THEY WERE FAST AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WHEN RECEIVED. WILL ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN AND AGAIN.
It took a long time to receive them. I received them last week. I am very disappointed because I ordered 84" long curtains and they are only 83 & 1/2 inches long...so they do not cover the screens all the way. Very disappointed after waiting all this time to get them.
Well, the delivery time was good. However there is no return address. And tha fact that these curtains area wrapped in plastic, not once but twice is unacceptable. This plastic cannot be recycled at all and to create this type of waste is unacceptable. Y’all really need to change this. I a highly considering sending the curtains back due to this type of packing.
